Alexandre Alves comes from a Toronto real estate family with roots going back to 1972, and has been a licensed real estate broker and mortgage agent for 20 years. He holds a degree in Business from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University), with a minor in Finance, and spent close to a decade at CIBC before moving fully into real estate, development, and mortgage lending.
That combination — banking discipline, hands-on construction experience, and a family history in the local market — shapes every project under The Alves Group. Development decisions are underwritten the way a lender would scrutinize them, and financing advice is shaped by someone who has actually built. Outside of work, Alexandre is married with two boys and is a long-time auto racing enthusiast.

Like Alexandre, he is a graduate of De La Salle College — the same grounding in discipline and community that shapes how the family still does business today.
